Draws and Schedules
Draws and schedules are now posted. Please note that match times are subject to change, please check with the tournament desk after your match for your official time. Again, it is VERY possible that your match time changes due to conflicts with players in both singles and doubles draws. Thank you for your help in avoiding any confusion.
Also please note on the draw sheet whether your match will be indoors or outdoors, next to the date and time of your match there is a code:
ROOF: Outdoor Courts
INDR: Indoor Courts
Matches were scheduled with the goal of maximizing the amount of matches played indoors while still allowing us to accept all applicants that registered on time.

Draw Sizes and Playing Surface
Draw sizes may be limited and some matches may be scheduled on our outdoor courts if number of entrants in each draw or number of entrants overall requires it. Players are permitted to play both singles and doubles but cannot play in multiple singles divisions or multiple doubles divisions.
Doubles will likely be limited to a draw of 8 teams per division.

Concurrent Tournament Rule
A player shall not be entered at the time entries close in two or more USTA sanctioned tournaments scheduled to take place at the same time, in whole or in part, unless each Tournament Committee involved understands the situation, concurs in writing, and each agrees to accommodate the player’s schedule. The final decision rests with each tournament committee. If one tournament agrees to accept concurrent entries and accommodate the player's schedule but the concurrent tournament does not, the player may not enter both.
If entries for the overlapping tournaments close on different dates, approval must be received from all Tournament Committees no later than the entry closing date that occurs last.
Players who enter a tournament and play it to completion, may then enter another tournament with overlapping dates without permission.
If a player violates this concurrent tournament rule ranking points earned in any concurrent tournament played will not count toward ranking or the Grand Prix Points Race.
