The Match Times should be checked more than once. Match times can change due to certain situations that arise during the last few days before the events start. Those without contact information should surely check each day for changes...

Match Format:
All SINGLES MATCHES will be the best 2 out of 3 Sets with a 7 point tiebreaker at 6 games all...DOUBLES MATCHES will be an 8 Game Pro Set with a 10 point Tiebreaker at 8 games all...

Withdrawals:
8. Withdrawal from tournament and refund of entry fee. The Tournament
Committee shall refund a player’s entire entry fee if the entry is not
accepted. In all tournaments except tournaments listed on the National
Junior Tournament Schedule, the Tournament Committee shall refund a
player’s entire entry fee if the player withdraws no later than seven days
before the start date of the tournament no refund is required beginning
six days before the start date of the tournament.
