This tournament will be run on the first weekend only February 16-18. The second weekend will only be used in case of delay from the first weekend.

MATCH FORMAT FOR CHALLENGER AND NOVICE LEVELS
FOR CHALLENGER: SINGLES: There will be 2 out of 3 sets, regular scoring, a match tiebreak (first to 10 points) will be played in lieu of a third set. Same for the Challenger consolation
DOUBLES: will play a pro-set (first to 8 game, a 7 point tiebreak at 8 all).

PARKING FOR TOURNAMENT PLAYERS ARE ON THE STREET AND IN THE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL NEAR BY, AMELIA EARHART. NO PARKING IN THE CLUB PARKING LOT, THEY ARE RESERVED FOR CLUB MEMBERS ONLY. YOU CAN ALSO PARK IN THE BACK OF THE CLUB. ONCE YOU TURN ONTO ISLAND DRIVE, MAKE THE FIRST RIGHT (HARBOR BAY ISLE), DRIVE ALL THE WAY DOWN, GATE WILL BE ON THE LEFT.

CORRECTION ON MATCH FORMAT FOR CHALLENGER LEVEL
FOR CHALLENGER: It's Round Losers Consolation, meaning if you have a BYE in the first round, you are not guaranteed two matches if you loose in the next round. If you do not have a BYE in the first round, you are guaranteed two matches.

WHEN YOU ARE AT THE TOURNAMENT, PLEASE CHECK IN 15 MINUTES PRIOR TO YOUR MATCH TIME. DON'T WAIT UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE TO CHECK IN.

WARM-UP COURTS ARE AVAILABLE AT THE TOURNAMENT

DRESS CODE IS STRICTLY ENFORCED
PLEASE WEAR APPROPRIATE TENNIS ATTIRE FOR YOUR MATCH, THAT MEANS APPROPRIATE SHIRT, SHORT, AND NON MARKING SOLE SHOES.

TOURNAMENT AWARDS & SPORTSMANSHIP
Tournament awards will be presented to players who finish 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th in each age division for Singles, and 1st and 2nd for Doubles. Sportsmanship Awards will also be awarded to those who show good sportsmanship on and off the court.

DINE-IN RESTAURANTS & FAST FOOD
There are lots of dine in restaurants and fast food restaurants close by the Harbor Bay Club! From the club on Packet Landing, left on Rober Davey, right on Island Drive, drive down until you see a little shopping center, right turn, then park your car. You will find plenty of restaurants.

ENTERING CONTACT INFORMATION
When registering for a tournament, it is important that you enter your current email address and phone number. If you do not enter this information during the registration process, the tournament director will not be able to contact you when there are changes to a tournament that might affect you. If you do not enter this information and the tournament director cannot contact you, you may show up for a tournament at the wrong time and get coded as a No Show Default, or even show up for a match that was rescheduled or cancelled. PLEASE DON'T SKIP THIS PROCESS.

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Sunday, February 10, 2013 11:59:00 PM Pacific Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
