*** Concurrent Tournament Rule ***
A player shall not be entered at the time entries close in two or more USTA sanctioned tournaments scheduled to take place at the same time, in whole or in part, unless each Tournament Committee involved understands the situation and concurs in writing. Players may play in concurrent tournaments provided those tournaments involved are advised of the conflict by the player prior to entry, and agree in writing to accept such concurrent entries and accommodate the player's schedule. The final decision rests with each tournament committee. If one tournament agrees to accept concurrent entries and accommodate the player's schedule but the concurrent tournament does not, the player may not enter both. If the player violates the rule against entering concurrent tournaments, such tournaments will not count toward ranking or Grand Prix points.

*** About Parking and Playing Sites ***
Parking is very limited close to the courts.
Please allocate extra time for parking considerations so you can be on time for your matches.
You do not need a permit for parking on the weekend, but be careful not to park in time zones or university vehicle only zones. Tournament is not responsible for parking tickets. Permits can be purchased from the kiosk at the base of campus. For matches after 3:30pm on Friday, only a $2 Night Permit is required.
Please check your playing site on the posted draws to avoid any confusion.
Each match has a day, a date, a time and a location (abbreviated).
All draws are subject to change. Please recheck draws for changes in time and or withdrawals. All changes made within 24 hrs of tournament start will be phoned to the affected parties. Make sure to have all contact info with the USTA. Remember that both players on a team must sign up for doubles before the deadline. No late entries will be accepted.
