Courtside Junior Championship

Well, first of all, THANK YOU for all your efforts and patience on this CRAZY DAY! We know that it can be very stressful and challenging for both the player & family. The schedule for tomorrow has now been update - please take the following into your consideration 1) We have 3 clubs that have graciously granted us the use of their courts for tomorrow AVAC - 5400 Camden Ave, SJ, DECATHLON CLUB - 3250 Central Expressway in Santa Clara, 95051, and Los Gatos Swim & Racquet, 14700 Oka Rd, Los Gatos, CA 95032. We have a limited time at these clubs, so please be on time. 2) We will NOT be able to finish a number of the divisions. We will come up with a way to allocate the trophies in those cases. 3) ALL Singles Matches that are starting will be 2 out of 3 sets, with a Match Tiebreaker for the third set. 4) There will NOT be a 3/4 playoff in the B & G 12's & G14's Finally, THANK YOU again, and we hope you have a glorious Sunday!

We will be using five sites for our Junior Tennis Tournament and they will be COURTSIDE CLUB - CC 14675 Winchester Blvd, Los Gatos, CA 95032, WEST VALLEY COLLEGE - "WV" 14000 Fruitvale Ave, Saratoga, CA 95070, BLOSSOM HILL PARK - "BHP" Blossom Hill Rd in Los Gatos, CA 95030 (near Los Gatos Blvd), LYNBROOK HIGH SCHOOL - "LYN" - 1280 Johnson Ave, San Jose, CA 95129. SUNNYVALE TENNIS CENTER (STC), 755 S. Mathilda Ave, Sunnyvale, CA 94087 and MONTA VISTA HS (MV), 21840 McClennan Rd, Cupertino, CA 95014. PLEASE be sure to report to the site where your match will be played.

All players MUST play in the same age division for Singles & Doubles

As of 5:50am, we are DRY! All matches are on as scheduled! 10:30am - still dry!!! 11:30am - still dry!!!!

For the 14's, 16's & 18's, the scoring will be 2 out of 3 tiebreak sets, regular scoring and mandatory 10 minute break between the 2nd & 3rd set. In the 12's, a match tiebreaker will be played in lieu of the 3rd set.

We will be using about 57 courts in the Los Gatos area. There are courts at the Campbell Community center in Campbell and Saratoga HS in Saratoga. Availability will be very tight.

The Singles Draws for the first weekend are now POSTED. The Doubles Draws will be posted by Monday night. Due to the size of the draws, we are not able to accommodate any changes at this time.

There was a mistake made in the seedings/draw in the Girl's 18's, it now has been rectified, the draw that is on the schedule is the correct one. (Ammended on 9-9-2013 - 8:00am)

As of Wed, Sept 11th, the Boy's 16 Doubles draw (seeds) have been remade due to a tournament correction

Sunday's Matches will be posted by 9:00am on Tuesday

This is a National Level 5 tournament and is open to players from all sections.
