There are two ways to register for the tournament. The First way is to enter on this website, the Second way is by going to http://www.premiersportingevents.com/Layouts/sga_tennis.htm register online for the 2013 State Games of America hosted by Keystone State Summer Games Tournament. The one entry fee entitles a Junior, Adult, or Senior to play one singles, one doubles, and one mixed doubles. Additional fees apply for Juniors playing in additional Adult draw/s. ENTRIES FOR THE STATE GAMES OF AMERICA ARE SUBJECT TO ADVANCE QUALIFICATION. MEDALISTS FROM OTHER STATE GAMES MUST HAVE, AT LEAST, A BRONZE MEDAL FOR COMPETIION, IN THEIR HOME STATE, FOR 2011 AND 2012 ONLY. ANYONE WHO QUALIFIES MAY PLAY IN ANY DRAWS SUBJECT TO APPROVAL BY THE TOURNAMENT REFEREE. ADVANCE QUALIFICATION DOES NOT APPLY TO PENNSYLVANIA AND MIDDLE STATES SECTION RESIDENTS.
