Check-in and Practice Courts at the Florida Tennis Center before tournament
All players are strongly encouraged, but not required to check-in on Friday, September 21st. The check-in hours will be from 4:00pm - 7:00pm. Players can also check-in prior to the first match on Saturday. Practice courts on a first come first serve basis will be available on Friday, September 22nd from 12noon - until dusk at the Florida Tennis Center. No courts available after that time. The Pro Shop will close at 7:00pm, so if you need racquet services you must come in before 7:00pm.
There are no practice courts at the Florida Tennis Center during the tournament. You will be given a list of practice courts in the area at check-in.

Doubles Team Entry
Both players for each team must enter and submit for payment separately. Your credit card will not be charged unless your team is selected for the tournament.

Team Selection for Boy's and Girl's Doubles
The Boy's and Girl's Doubles will be limited to 32 draw and selection will be based on the rankings of the top 32 teams that enter.

Mixed Doubles Divisions
You cannot enter a different age division for mixed doubles than your gender to gender doubles. So if you are entered in the Boy's 12s you cannot enter the Mixed 14s.

NO Dogs allowed at the Florida Tennis Center
The City of Daytona Beach does not allow dogs in the Florida Tennis Center so please make arrangements for your pet! This includes dogs that are "carried or hand held."

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to specified residents only. Entries must be submitted by Saturday, September 15, 2012 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
