Withdrawing from the tournament
If a player must withdraw from the tournament before the entry deadline, it can be done online at the entry website. If a player must withdraw from the tournament after the entry deadline and the posting of draws, players must make every attempt to contact the TD and Referee via phone and in writing prior to their first match in order to not incure penalties - Tournament Director (209)-346-3657, totally_tennis@hotmail.com. Referee (209) 602-9053, bill.ayers8297@sbcglobal.net. Remember to state the reason for withdrawing - all reasons do not insure that you won't be penalized.

Weather
The weekend of the 14th - 15th looks good so far. We should be good to go on Saturday.....since the first matches start at 10:00am, there should be no need to have a late start if it rains during the night. If it rains on the morning of the 14th, we will have a 2 hour delay. The first match could start at 12:00pm. Check with the TD or the referee in the morning, via phone for updates. If Saturday is a rainout - we will play the tournament on Sunday.

Concurrent Tournament Rule
A player shall not be entered at the time entries close in two or more USTA sanctioned tournaments scheduled to take place at the same time, in whole or in part, unless each Tournament Committee involved understands the situation and concurs in writing. Players may play in concurrent tournaments provided those tournaments involved are advised of the conflict by the player prior to entry, and agree in writing to accept such concurrent entries and accommodate the player's schedule. The final decision rests with each tournament committee. If one tournament agrees to accept concurrent entries and accommodate the player's schedule but the concurrent tournament does not, the player may not enter both. If the player violates the rule against entering concurrent tournaments, such tournaments will not count toward ranking or Grand Prix points.
