EVENT WELCOME
We would like to welcome and congratulate all players on participating in this prestigious event which will include a Compass Draw, Player Registration and Players’ Welcome (food), and is organized by the sister company of the Delray Beach International Tennis Championships (ITC), the world’s only 10-day combined ATP World Tour Event and ATP Champions Tour Event. In addition, the event is creating a televised show highlighting the finals of both the boys and girls singles finals, which will be aired regionally on Comcast Sports Southeast. SELECTION – SEEDING
The selection will be based off of the March 13th National Standing List, seeding will be based off the March 27th selection list. The USTA will post the selection approx. 3-4 days after the deadline.

ALTERNATE INFORMATON
Replacing of Player Before Draw is Made: The tournament committee shall replace a player who was accepted as part of a Section's quota with the next player on the Section's endorsement list. The tournament committee shall replace a player who was NOT accepted as part of a Section's quota with the next highest remaining alternate. Replacing of Player After Draw is Made, but Before the Completion of the 1st Round: The tournament committee shall replace a player after the draw is made, but before the completion of the 1st round with the next highest remaining alternate... No Replacement of players is made after the completion of the 1st round: No players are replaced in the draw after the completion of the 1st round. For example, a player who wins their 1st round, but cannot play their 2nd round due to injury, is NOT replaced with an alternate.

WITHDRAWLS-REFUND
There are no refunds after the entry deadline...If a player needs to withdraw, please call us as soon as possible so the next alternate can make travel arrangements.

This event is restricted to the following Jr. players: U.S. Citizens; Permanent Resident Aliens; Diplomats, Refugees/Asylees; CTA. Refer to USTA Regulation III.A.2a.

Players are selected from a variety of National Lists and generally require Section endorsement.
Entry to this tournament is restricted. To see how entrants will be selected, follow the “Selection Process” link to the left. It is the player’s responsibility to check the selection list(s) after registering online to be sure that a check mark appears beside the player’s name on the list, in order to insure proper registration. Entries must be submitted by Thursday, March 14, 2013 11:59:00 AM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
