IMPORTANT - Your Contact Information When Registering
Please be sure to provide your email address and cell phone number during the registration process. The tournament does not automatically get any of the player's contact information from your USTA profile. Without your contact information, the tournament staff will not be able to reach you when necessary, for reasons such as opponent's last-minute withdrawal.

All NTRP Players Must Have an NTRP Rating
All players participating in a USTA NorCal sanctioned NTRP tournament must have an NTRP rating. If you do not have an NTRP rating, please click "more info" to obtain a self-rating.

Player Check-in
All Players should report to the Tournament Desk 30 minutes before scheduled match time, ready to play. Lateness penalties will be enforced. Original published times may be changed due to withdrawals. All players must be prepared to play at any time during the tournament unless a scheduling request is submitted prior to the entry deadline. (See under Schedule Conflicts section below.) No courts are available for warm up. Proper tennis attire is required.

Match Format
All matches will be the best of 3 Tiebreak sets. Regular scoring will be used in all rounds. In sets that reach 6-games all, the standard 7-Point Set Tiebreak procedure will be followed - the Coman Tiebreak Procedure WILL NOT be used. Players are responsible for obtaining their match times at this USTA web site. Depending on the number of entries, some events may be in round-robin format. Please check your schedule for all rounds.

Entry Limitations
Players are limited to enter maximum of two events at the same NTRP level. Tournament does not provide pairing for doubles partners.

Schedule Conflicts
The tournament will use its best efforts to schedule around player's schedule conflicts if they are provided prior to the entry deadline.

Concurrent Tournament Entries Not Accepted
This tournament does not accept Concurrent Tournament entries.

Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Monday, September 24, 2012 11:59:00 PM Pacific Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
