*** How We will Manage the Tournament ***
Each event (girls and boys) in the tournament will run for 4 hours.
When you ckeck in, written instructions will be provided to each player/parent so they will know which court to go for each round and at what time.
A coordinator will be available to help on any issues.
To each parent: after each round, please take care of getting your player to his/her next match and then report the previous round result to the coordinator.
Please check in

Half an hour before the start of the event, we will have a meeting to prepare the parents and players to the format(s) to be used so we can have a successful event.
