Draws and Schedules are Posted for TWO SITES!
Please review your draw and schedule carefully. We are playing at two sites on both days. SC is Sierra College and SVCC is Sierra View Country Club. Google maps and address information are below. The sites are approximately 10 minutes from each other. Please give yourself enough time to find the places without rushing.Warm-up courts are only available for the first round at the venues.
If there is inclement weather, the site will be updated at 7 AM but so far the weather looks quite promising.
Players are expected to play by the Code. Lateness penalties will be enforced. There will be an official at each site to assist players on the court if needed.
See you all there!

Information on Doubles -
Format for doubles is an 8-game proset with a 10-point tiebreak at 8-games all. Players should register with partner's USTA numbers to be entered. If you do not have a partner and wish to play doubles but cannot register, please let the referee know before entries close.
Players who do not have partners will be randomly paired when entries close. Because this is a limited size draw, if there is an odd number of players in the division, the unpaired player with the lowest ranking will become the first alternate. PLEASE do not indicate a partner without confirming with them first. It is your responsibility to withdraw from the doubles field before entries close if you do not wish to play with someone with whom you might be randomly paired. Once pairings are done, there will be no changes and no excuses.
Late entrants to doubles may not be added. Please enter doubles on time.

Information for Players:
This is a new Open level tournament over one weekend. Draws are limited to 16, and if the entry limit is exceeded, players will be accepted by highest ranking from the most recently published Sectional Final Ranking List at the time entries close. Late entrants may not be accepted so please enter on time.
The fee to enter is a flat fee, and players may enter singles, doubles, or both for the same price. TennisLink will charge a separate non-refundable fee for each entry. You may withdraw without penalty before entries close through TennisLink. However, after entries close, you may only withdraw for an excused reason. No refund is required after entries close and refunds after this time will be at the discretion of the tournament director.
Coaching is only allowed during the three-minute rest period between second set and third set Match Tiebreak. The coaching must be done first and either at the back fence or just off-court. Players may take a bathroom break following the coaching time, but must inform the official. There is no coaching during the bathroom break at any junior event. If the player elects to go to the bathroom first, he forfeits the coaching time regardless.
