Concurrent Tournament Rule
A player shall not be entered at the time entries close in two or more USTA sanctioned tournaments scheduled to take place at the same time, in whole or in part, unless each Tournament Committee involved understands the situation and concurs in writing. Players may play in concurrent tournaments provided those tournaments involved are advised of the conflict by the player prior to entry, and agree in writing to accept such concurrent entries and accommodate the player's schedule. The final decision rests with each tournament committee. If one tournament agrees to accept concurrent entries and accommodate the player's schedule but the concurrent tournament does not, the player may not enter both. If the player violates the rule against entering concurrent tournaments, such tournaments will not count toward ranking or Grand Prix points.

Avoidance Requests
Due to scheduling difficulties we cannot accomodate schedule requests. If you cannot play throughout the tournament, please do not register. League matches are not an appropriate schedule request. Once entries are closed, refunds will not be granted if you inform us that you cannot play at a certain time.
|
Withdrawal Information
If you are not able to play in the tournament and entries are still open, you must withdraw online and your credit card will be credited without the Tennis Link registration fee. If you must withdraw after entries close, you must do it before draws are posted to receive a refund. Refunds will be sent after the completion of the tournament.
