*** How will we deal with Inclement Weather ***
The forecast is not looking good for the weekend, so here are the rules and our process:
[1] A tournament cannot be cancelled in advance due to a possible bad weather.
For each day, the tournament can only cancel it at 12PM, if no solution can be found.
[2] If a player witdhraws, he/she loses the right to a refund.
If we have weather problems, here is what we will do:
[1] On Saturday and Sunday by 8AM, we will assess the situation and decide accordingly if it makes sense to delay play start.
[2] By noon, we will decide if the day can be used, even in part, and if not, we would cancel the day.
