HOLIDAY TRAFFIC/CHECK IN
Please allow sufficient travel time during the weekend since traffic can be a problem. Point penalties for lateness will be enforced. Please check in 15 minutes prior to scheduled match time for each round of play.

DRAWS/ SCHEDULE
Please see the draws and schedule of play for all events and read them carefully. Some first round matches will start on Sunday 5/27. Schedules are subject to change so do check for any changes. All matches will be at McKinley Park. Please see the notes for location and phone number during play. GOOD LUCK TO ALL!!!

PRACTICE COURTS
Sacramento City College is nearby for warm-ups but parking and availability can be an issue. Cosumnes River College is about 10 miles from McKinley that may also be available.

OPEN DIVISION FORMAT
The following age groups will be single elimination: 14s, 16s, and 18s. The 12 and under divisions will have consolation matches for players that do not win their first match. All matches will be the best 2 of 3 tiebreak sets with a match tiebreak if sets are split, using regular scoring. The consolation matches will play 8 game pro sets using a set tiebreak at 8 games all, regular scoring.

NOVICE DIVISION FORMAT
Depending on the number of entries in each event, a First Match Loss Consolation (FMLC) format may be used. For this format, the best of 3 tie-break sets will be played, with a match tie-break in lieu of a third set, regular scoring. A playoff match for 3rd/4th will be played for players not reaching the final. Consolation rounds will play an 8 game pro set, regular scoring, using a 12 point tie-break at 8 all.

PLAYOFFS
Players that do not reach the final will have a playoff for 3rd and 4th.

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
