Registration Issues, Withdraws, ... ***
[1] Until the closing of the registrations, you can withdraw yourself online with your confirmation number.
[2] After closing of registration, and until the posting of the draws, please submit any withdrawal in writing first by emailing both the td and the referee (see above), and then also call the TD (phone number above).
[3] After the posting of the draws, please first call the TD and then email both the TD and the referee.

*** Event Draws Information and Match Formats ***
[1] All Singles Events (Main Draws): format will be Best of 3 TB Sets with a Match Tie-Break (10 points) in lieu of a 3rd Set. A mandatory playoff match will determine the 3rd and 4th winners.
[2] All Singles Events (Consolation Draws): format will be a 8 games Pro Set (A 7 points tie-break will be played at 8-8).
[3] All Doubles Events: format will be a 8 games Pro Set (A 7 points tie-break will be played at 8-8).
[4] All Events: Regular scoring will be used.
[5] Be on time for your matches: check-in at the tournament desk 15 minutes before your scheduled match times and be ready to play. Penalties for lateness will be enforced.

Paid parking is available at the college parking lot and yellow colored ticket vending machines are located throughout the parking lot. Free Parking on Sundays.

* Tournament Site: Evergreen Valley College ("N-EVC" on draws) *
The tournament site is at Evergreen Valley College (located at 3100 Yerba Buena Road, San Jose, CA 95135).
Directions from 101 South: take the Capitol Expressway/Yerba Buena road exit. Stay in the left lane till you see directions for Yerba Buena road. Merge right and proceed till traffic light. Make left on Yerba Buena road and go past SAN FELIPE ROAD. Take the first left exit after San Felipe and park in the parking lot. Tennis courts are right behind the baseball field & NOT THE SOCCER FIELD.

There are 3 courts available very close-by to the tournament site (walking distance).
From the tournament site parking lot, go North through the parking lot. The courts are behind the soccer field.

[1] When registering to the tournament, please make sure to provide your contact information (phone #s and email address) as we would otherwise be unable to reach you when needed (registration issues, schedule changes, withdraws, weather issues, ...).
[2] For your comvenience, the registration deadline was further extended to Tuesday 5/1/2012 at 4PM.
No late registration will be accepted after that time.

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Tuesday, May 1, 2012 3:59:00 PM Pacific Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
