Warmup Courts
The plan is to concentrate the tournament matches on the front, or north six courts. Most of the south side courts should be available for warmup. Just south of campus, at the corner of Bodway and Middlebrook is Magnolia Park, which also has eight courts that could also be used for warmup.

Concurrent Tournament Rule
A player shall not be entered at the time entries close in two or more USTA sanctioned tournaments scheduled to take place at the same time, in whole or in part, unless each Tournament Committee involved understands the situation and concurs in writing. Players may play in concurrent tournaments provided those tournaments involved are advised of the conflict by the player prior to entry, and agree in writing to accept such concurrent entries and accommodate the player's schedule. The final decision rests with each tournament committee. If one tournament agrees to accept concurrent entries and accommodate the player's schedule but the concurrent tournament does not, the player may not enter both. If the player violates the rule against entering concurrent tournaments, such tournaments will not count toward ranking or Grand Prix points.
