DOUBLES: PLEASE READ! You must play in the same age group as singles.
If you wish to play doubles, please let me know. If you have a partner, please list your partner and make sure that he/she has agreed to play with you. No information on doubles transferred to the site - only singles selections were made. If you are in the singles selection and you were planning on playing doubles, you need to let me know. If you do not have a partner but would like to play, random pairing will occur on all of those players not paired up prior to the seeding being completed. Remember that if the number of doubles teams exceeds the draw size, then the selection of doubles team is done by the order listed in the TD handbook. The fee for playing just doubles is the same as for playing singles and doubles: $95.00. The seeding list should come out on August 22. ckim410s@gmail.com

|
players wanting to play up in age groups!
The national office did the selections this year and selected players who entered two division in the following manner: the player was first selected to the older age group. If the player did not qualify for the older age group, the player was moved to the age-specific age group. If the player qualified for the age-specific age group, he was then entered into that division. If the player did not qualify for the age-specific age group, he was then entered into the alternate list for the younger group only. Players cannot be entered into one division and an alternate in a different division as this violates the concurrent tournament rule.
|
WITHDRAWALS AND REFUNDS
If you need to withdraw from the tournament after entries close, you should give a reason. The reasons that are excused are those for injury, illness, or personal emergency only. In addition, written verification from a medical professional is required by the last day of the tournament for illness or injury, and for personal emergency, a written summary of the emergency needs to be submitted by the same date for the referee to make a determination if it is excused.Any withdrawal which does not meet these criteria may result in suspension points being filed for the player.
You may withdraw any time before entries close on line without any penalty. However, after entries close a Tournament Committee is only required to refund a player’s entry fee if:• the entry is not accepted or • the withdrawal is for previously authorized entry into another tournament. In all other cases, including excused reasons, a refund is not required.
You should not be entering any tournament unless you expect to play in it or have concurrent permission to play in others in writing.
