Our Facility
Laguna Creek Racquet Club is a premier Spare Time Club and is an extraordinary, state of the art, private facility located in Elk Grove, California. The beautiful 12-acre site contains 20 lighted tennis courts, a 4-pool aquatics complex, and outdoor play and recreational areas. The indoor facilities include a full court gymnasium, five racquetball courts (two of which double as squash courts), spacious fitness center, expansive group exercise studio, twelve-bike cycling room, comfortable lounge and cafe, Kids' Club, Children's Play Center and luxurious locker rooms complete with steam and sauna. We expect all tournament guests to abide by the rules of our private club and we reserve the right to expel anyone for misappropriate behavior.

Hotel Information
Holiday Inn Express and Suites at Hwy 5 and Elk Grove Blvd, will be our host hotel offering discount rates. Please mention USTA National when booking. Reservations call 916-478-4000. Holiday Inn Express is located less than 1 mile from Club and includes free hot breakfast, pool/spa, and microwave/fridge in all rooms.

Main Draw Format
Main Draw Singles (including play off for 3rd & 4th place): Best of 3 Tiebreak Sets

Feed In Championship Format
Feed-In Championship format will be best of 3 Tiebreak Sets with a 10-Point Match Tiebreak in Lieu of a 3rd Set. The FIC shall be played through the semifinals. No finals shall be played. The playoff for 3rd and 4th place is mandatory. The FIC shall be considered part of the tournament and participation is mandatory for all singles main draw players.

Doubles Entries and Format
We encourage everyone to sign up online for doubles. You must be accepted to play in Singles to participate in Doubles. Doubles entries will remain open through first day of tournament. If you miss the online entry date, please email us and we will manually enter you. If you do not have a partner, we will pair you up. Doubles format 8 game pro set with a 10-point match tiebreak at 8 games all. Playoff for 3rd/4th place. If you are trying to contact a player to partner up, we will be happy to forward emails for you but we cannot give out player contact information. Please doublecheck draw to make sure you are paired with the right partner.

Alternates List
The Alternates List is posted and will be updated as withdrawals from the main draw are received. If you are on the alternates list, please email me your phone and email information so we can reach you right away. If we are unable to reach you, we will move on to the next alternate. Some alternates may have already selected to play at other sites so the list may move quickly. If you are on the alternates list and do NOT want to play, please email TD to remove your name.

Late Entries
If you miss the online registration deadline, you can email us and regardless of your ranking, we must place you after the alternates (those who registered before the deadline). There will be no exceptions. The Late Entries List will not be published until after the Alternates List has been exhausted.

Hitting Pros
Hitting pros are available on-site. Cost is $50/hour or $30/half hour. Reservations are encouraged by emailing TD.

Practice Courts
On site practice courts will be limited on a first come, first serve basis from 6:00-9:00 am on Saturday and Sunday. No practice courts will be available after 1st daily matches begin. There are off site public courts surrounding our facility. Please click on link to find public courts. Our zip code is 95758.

Tournament Check In
All players are required to be on-site at the registration desk at least 1/2 hour before 1st scheduled match time to complete tournament registration. Any players not checked in prior to 1st scheduled match time may be replaced with on site alternates.

Medical Release Form
The USTA requires a signed medical release covering all entrants in national USTA events. The release must be signed by the entrant and parent or guardian of any entrant who is a minor. Save time at registration and fill out the form ahead of time. If you are traveling without a parent/guardian, have form signed before you leave home. No player will be allowed on court without a signed Medical Release Form.

Complementary Lunch
Complementary lunch will be served to all players on Saturday from 11:00 - 2:00. Lunch is available for purchase for non-players for $6 per person.

Professional Stringing
Professional stringing will be available on site.

Tournament Tee Shirts
One complementary tournament tee shirt will be given to each player and additional tee shirts will be available for purchase.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued only if the entry is not accepted, the withdrawal is for previously authorized entry into another tournament, or the withdrawal is for an authorized change by the player to another site. In all other cases (such as withdrawals for illness, injury or personal circumstances), a refund will not be issued.

This event is restricted to the following Jr. players: U.S. Citizens; Permanent Resident Aliens; Diplomats, Refugees/Asylees; CTA. Refer to USTA Regulation III.A.2a.

4 players are selected for each site from the most recent National Standings List of the next lower age division and 28 players are selected for each site from the age division of the event
Entry to this tournament is restricted. To see how entrants will be selected, follow the “Selection Process” link to the left. It is the player’s responsibility to check the selection list(s) after registering online to be sure that a check mark appears beside the player’s name on the list, in order to insure proper registration. Entries must be submitted by Thursday, April 19, 2012 11:59:00 AM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
