Set breaks in MAIN DRAW SINGLES, Coaching and Cell Phones
A 3-minute Set Break will be taken after splitting sets in the MAIN DRAW of SINGLES. During this break the players may receive coaching on court. Players are not permitted to leave the court except for a legitimate toilet/change of attire break. A player taking a toilet/change of attire break, for which "reasonable time" is allowed (see court official), may receive coaching during that break. A player remaining on court while the opponent takes a toilet/change of attire break may receive coaching until their opponent returns. Cell phones may be used by players on court to receive coaching during the break. A player taking a toilet/change of attire break may also use a cell phone to receive coaching. Cell phones must be turned off at the end of the 3-minute set break.

FORMATS of PLAY
FORMATS of PLAY: SINGLES(14, 16, 18): Mandatory Full Feed-In Consolation. MAIN DRAW SINGLES matches are best of three tiebreak sets. CONSOLATION SINGLES matches are best of two tiebreak sets with a match tiebreak in lieu of a third set. DOUBLES will be single elimination using 8 game pro sets.BOYS and GIRLS 12 SINGLES will play a 10 point match tiebreak in lieu of a third set.

PRACTICE COURTS
There will likely be ZERO practice courts available at OPRC during this tournament.

ACCESS TO OPRC CLUBHOUSE
Please be aware that players, parents, family and coaches will have LIMITED ACCESS to the OPRC clubhouse and grounds during the junior tournament. Players will have access to the clubroom, locker rooms, pro shop, upper level terrace and lower level porch areas, plus the swimming pool. MONITORS will be on duty in the OPRC clubhouse to help maintain an orderly and clean facility.

FOOD SERVICE at OPRC during the tournament
The Terrace Cafe will be open on the upper terrace of the OPRC clubhouse to serve a selection of sandwiches, burgers, salads and drinks. Monday - Wednesday, the Terrace Cafe will be open from 11 AM until 6 PM. On Thursday, August 4, the Terrace Cafe will be open from 11 AM until 3 PM. The POOL DELI CAFE (at the OPRC swimming pool) will be serving a large menu daily from 11:30 AM daily until 6 PM.

TENNIS BALLS
For this tournament, we will be using the Wilson US Open Regular Duty tennis balls for all events except the 10 and under division. The 10 and under division will be using low compression "orange" balls.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is restricted. Please consult your Section or District rules and regulations for entry requirements for this tournament. If you enter this tournament and are not eligible, any refund is as the discretion of the Tournament Director. Only USTA members can register online if available.
