We are planning to play the Doubles Finals Sunday after the SemiFinal Rounds. Tentative time is 6:30 PM at your designated age division site.

DOUBLES SITE ONLY
This site is for Doubles registration only. For singles registration, go to Tournament Number 703505911 or click on the more info. link below to go directly to the website. Please enter double's in the same age group that you were accepted in for singles. BOTH players must sign up with your partner. IF you are only playing doubles, the fee will be $25.00 due at check-in.

Friday Plan: Double's Matches will begin Friday at 5:00 PM. We will be using all 30 courts at Cooper Creek Tennis Center (SITES A and B) If you would like to warm-up before your match, please do so at Site C( Country Club of Columbus) You may check-in beginning at 2:00 PM at Site A only. Check-in for matches will also be at Site A for all of Friday's Matches.
Beginning Saturday Morning, you will go to the check-in desk of your particular age division at least 30 minutes before your match, 1 hour before if you did not check-in for the tournament on Friday. We want to strongly encourage all players to check-in for the tournament on Friday and not wait until Saturday. We will have sandwiches and fruit at check-in and will be available from 2:00 until 9:00 PM to check you in.
Al matches will be at Cooper Creek Tennis Center (Sites A and B) on Friday.
Age Division sites for Saturday-Sunday:
SITE A: B16, Cooper Creek Tennis Center, left side
SITE B: B18 and G18, Cooper Creek Tennis Center, right side
SITE C: G16, Country Club of Columbus
All matches will be at Cooper Creek Tennis Center (Sites A and B) on Monday.

3/30/11 10:15 PM WARM-UP COURTS
Friday: Site C will have warm-up courts available free of charge to players. If you wish to warm-up at Cooper Creek, you will have to check-in at the 2 story clubhouse, pay for a court and you will be required to sweep your court after hitting. We encourage you to use SITE C on this day.
Saturday: There will be 1 court available for warm-up at SITE A for the B 16s. There will 2 courts available at SITE B for the B and G 18s. There will be 1 court available for warm-up at SITE C for the G 16s. If we get behind, we may need to use the warm-up courts for matches. We encorage you to share the court if others are waiting. We will open the courts at 7:00 AM each morning for warm-up. There is no charge for warm-up courts once the tournament begins.
Sunday: There will be 1 court available for warm-up at SITE A for the B 16s. There will 2 courts available at SITE B for the B and G 18s. There will be 1 court available for warm-up at SITE C for the G 16s. If we get behind, we may need to use the warm-up courts for matches. We encorage you to share the court if others are waiting. Entries open for Doubles on March 22, 2011 and close on March 25,2011.

CONTACT INFORMATION
Tournament directors do not have access to phone numbers and email addresses of the tournament participants UNLESS the player re-enters their contact information at the time of the event registration. This means that if a player does not enter their phone number and email information each time they register for a tournament, the tournament director will not be able to contact them for any reason, including withdrawals, defaults, etc. Your cooperation will ensure that the tournament directors can continue to communicate necessary information to all of the tournament players.

PLAYING SITE
Cooper Creek Tennis Center is located at 4816 Milgen Road Columbus, Georgia 31909 Cooper Creek Tennis Center is a public facility with a two-story clubhouse overlooking 30 newly resurfaced clay courts. There are walking and bike paths on site.
Directions to Cooper Creek Tennis Center from I-185: Take I-185 S to Exit 7 (Manchester Expressway). Turn east onto Manchester Expressway. Travel approximately 2 miles to the Warm Springs Road Connector. Travel up the exit ramp and turn right. The entrance to Cooper Creek Park is directly ahead. The clubhouse is a two-story building located on the right as you enter the park. Tournament check-in desk will be on the left side of the road at the annex building.

BIRTH CERTIFICATES/PROOF OF CITIZENSHIP
All players must have a Birth Certificate on file in the Southern office for proof of US Citizenship. Green cards will be accepted, but passports will not. A file of those with proof on file is posted below.

WELCOME
The tournament committee, volunteers, officials, Columbus Parks & Recreation Department and CORTA would like to welcome you and the rest of the players, as well as parents and coaches to this tournament.

DOUBLES SIGN-UP
We will not be partnering players for Doubles. Each player is responsible for finding their own Double's partner and signing up together prior to the tournament deadline. Both players must indicate their partner when they register. We will set up a Facebook Page to help with this. Doubles play will begin on Friday evening.

DOUBLES SELECTION CRITERIA
If we have more applicants than spots, selection for entry into doubles will be based on the following criteria:
1. Both players are selected in singles in the same age division of which they wish to play doubles.
2. One player has been selected into the singles and is partnered with an alternate.
3. Both players are alternates.
4. One player has been selected into the sigles and is partnered with no singles entry.
5. Alternate and so singles entry.
6. Neither player are entered in singles.

FORMAT OF PLAY
Doubles will play an 8-game pro-set with a match tiebreak played at 8-all.

You may only sign up for one double's division and that must be
the same division that you are playing singles in.
Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to specified residents only. Entries must be submitted by Friday, March 25, 2011 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
