WE APOLOGIZE FOR ANY PROBLEMS AS OUR ABILITY TO GET THESE DRAWS POSTED WAS DELAYED SEVERAL HOURS. WE PLAN TO PLAY IN BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 11:00 A.M. AND 4:00 P.M. HOPEFULLY THE REST OF THE TOURNAMENT WILL GO OFF WITHOUT ANY FURTHER HITCHES.

POSTING OF DRAWS
The matches will be played between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 2nd, 2011. We will need a little more time to post the draws. We plan to have them up by 2:00 p.m.

DEADLINE EXTENDED
The deadline for the tournament has been extended until Wednesday night June 29th at 6:00 p.m. If you can notify any of your friends who might have missed the deadline please let them know where the tournament is going to be played and when. We will post the draw by noon on Thursday June 30th.

TOURNAMENT CLARIFICATION
Tournament is to be played on Saturday. It is a one day event. We plan to run the event between 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. if at all possible. The second date we have on the sanction form is in the case of inclement weather and the ability to move the tournament to the next day.

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Monday, June 27, 2011 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
