IMPORTANT DRAW INFORMATION
DRAWS ARE POSTED. Be sure to check ALL match times for ALL events you are playing in, especially if your event is a round robin (round one may not be the actual first match).
If you are playing in the following draws please read:

There are only two competitors in these draws so the draw will be BEST OF THREE MATCHES. BE SURE TO CHECK ALL MATCH TIMES.

Tournament Information
All matches will play 2 out of 3 sets, with a match point tie breaker in lieu of the third set. All participants need to check in with the tournament desk 30 minutes prior to the start of their match time.

Lunch on Saturday
There will be lunch provided on Saturday for tournament participants only. Bottled water and fruit will be provided throughout the tournament for all participants.

Refund Policy
According to NCTA, after the online entry deadline, a refund is not required to be returned to the player. However, circumstances may arise when a refund will be given. Contact Tournament Director if this situation arises.

NCTA Rain Policy For All Sanctioned Tournaments
1. Any division where play has begun – no refund.
2. Any division where no play has begun – a partial refund after deductions for actual
expenses.
3. All completed scores must be reported. Incomplete matches are recorded as
abandoned ( match started but Referee decided not to complete) matches.
Matches never started are recorded as unplayed.
4. No tournament may reschedule without the approval of the S & S Committee.
5. If a tournament is unable to complete the tournament within the sanctioned dates,
no extensions will be allowed. The tournament will be over.
6. It is at the discretion of the tournament committee if the entire tournament is canceled
due to inclement weather.
7. Check the alternate scoring methods for inclement weather
8. Notify the NCTA of a cancellation.
9. Head tax is charged for any divisions where play has begun.
10. Communicate with players or parents.

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Monday, May 2, 2011 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
