[1] Please always provide your full name, your USTA # and the name(s) of the event(s) that you are participating in. [2] Until the closing of the registrations, you can withdraw yourself online with your confirmation number. [3] After closing of registration, and until the posting of the draws, please submit any withdrawal in writing by emailing BOTH the TD and the Referee (see email addresses above). [4] After the posting of the draws, please FIRST CALL the TD and then email BOTH the TD and the Referee.

Match Format
All singles matches will be the best of 3-tiebreaker sets with a 10-point match tiebreak in lieu of a third set. Doubles will be an eight game pro set with a 10-point match tiebreak at 8 games all. QuickStart format will be available for Juniors 6-9 years of age.

DETAILS ENTERING THE TOURNAMENT
If you are entering doubles, please provide details regarding your doubles partner, Remember that providing these details does not enter your partner into the tournament. He/she is required to enter specifying you as his/her partner.

CHECKING IN
Check in 15 minutes before you are due to play. Also please provide your contact information (Cell) if we need to contact you during the tournament. Remember that when you check in, it indicates that you are ready to play.
