Contact the Tournament Director AND the Referee: Reg., Withdrawals, ...
[1] Please always provide your full name, your USTA # and the name(s) of the event(s) that you are participating in. [2] Until the closing of the registrations, you can withdraw yourself online with your confirmation number. [3] After closing of registration, and until the posting of the draws, please submit any withdrawal in writing by emailing BOTH the TD and the Referee (see email addresses above). [4] After the posting of the draws, please FIRST CALL the TD and then email BOTH the TD and the Referee.

FORMAT
The format for singles will be best 2 out of 3 sets regular scoring. The format for the doubles will be best 2 out of 3 sets, with a 10 point tie break in lieu of the 3rd set, regular scoring.

DETAILS ENTERING THE TOURNAMENT
If you are entering doubles, please provide details regarding your doubles partner, Remember that providing these details does not enter your partner into the tournament. He/she is required to enter specifying you as his/her partner.
