Draw times -- IMPORTANT
You MUST check-in 15 minutes prior to your match time. Please look at the draws and know ALL your match times (especially if you are in more than one division). If you are playing in a round robin, look at ALL three rounds -- round 3 might be played before round 1.

Racquet Stringer
A racquet stringer will be nearby for quick turnaround time for broken strings. Please see the tournament director, Terri Sanz.

2 event restriction
This is an adult tournament, and all players need to be over 18 years of age. A player cannot participate in more than 2 events.

From South Carolina to Park Road Park: Take I-77N toward Charlotte. Take Tyvola Rd. exit - Exit 5 Take right at the exit onto Tyvola Rd. Go approx. 2.6 miles and turn right on Park Rd. Go approximately .4 miles and Park Road Park is on the LEFT. From North of Charlotte to Park Road Park: Take I-77S toward Charlotte. Take Tyvola Rd. exit - Exit 5. Take left at exit onto Tyvola Rd. Go approx. 2.6 miles and turn right on Park Road. Go approximately .4 miles and Park Road Park is on the LEFT.

Scoring Format
Scoring for the Main Draw and Consolation of the singles and doubles divisions will be best of three tiebreak sets with a Match Tiebreak in lieu of a third set. The singles and doubles divisions will be FMLC (First Match Losers Consolation).

Awards
Awards will be presented to the Winner and Finalist of the Main Draw and winner of the Consolation for the singles and doubles divisions.

Withdrawals
If you need to withdraw before entries close, you must do so online. Click on “Edit Registration”, then “Withdraw.” You will need your original confirmation number. All withdrawals after entries close must both be sent in writing by e-mail to tournaments@charlottetennisassociation.com and by phone to tournament site once the tournament has started. Players withdrawing after the tournament deadline will not be refunded the entry fee.

The tournament will be played with USTA approved Wilson tennis balls.

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Monday, June 22, 2009 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
