TIMES ARE POSTED FOR THE SECOND WEEKEND
THE SECOND WEEKEND TIMES ARE POSTED. ALL MATCHES WILL BE PLAYED AT NBTC. Semi final rounds will be played on Saturday, May 30th, final rounds will be held on Sunday, May 31st. PLEASE CHECK THE DRAW UP TO FRIDAY, May 29th to confirm your time. Changes are unlikely, but do occasionally occur.

Women's 6.0 Doubles
We will be hosting the women's 6.0 doubles the second weekend. We will post those draws on Wednesday, May 27th.

PLAYERS WITH SCHEDULE CONFLICTS
Players entering the tournament must play according to our schedule we do not make allowances for time problems.

DRESS CODE
Our participating hosting clubs require all players to wear proper tennis attire. This includes no black-soled shoes or T-shirts. Failure to comply with this policy can result in a default. Palisades Tennis Club requires male players to wear COLLARED shirts.

PEARL JUBILEE:
WIN a strand of White South Sea Baroque Pearls: The Adoption Guild will be selling opportunities to win a beautiful pearl necklace donated by William Harold Jewelers. Each chance will be sold for $20.00 and everyone will walk away with a Single White Chinese Freshwater Cultured Pearl valued at $20.00. All proceeds go to Holy Family Services. SILENT AUCTION
The silent auction will be held both Saturday and Sunday during the semi and final days. Please check out the great items up for auction.

PARKING
Check the draw website for the latest information regarding parking. Newport Beach Tennis Club: During the FIRST weekend of the tournament neither player participants nor spectators may park on Newport Beach Tennis Club's premises . Parking is available at Corona del Mar High School. Please be careful about parking on the street, tickets may be handed out. On the second weekend, NBTC members and finalists of the tournament may park on the club's premises. Palisades Tennis Club has limited parking - All non-members MUST park in the lower lot of the Hyatt Hotel - obey Palisades parking attendant.

TOURNAMENT HOTEL - DOUBLETREE CLUB
The Doubletree Club Hotel - Orange County Airport is offering tournament players a special rate at $99 per night for the first weekend (includes breakfast and free shuttle to the airport). Ten rooms are being held and must be reserved by May 8th to guarantee this rate. Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Monday, May 11, 2009 10:59:00 AM Pacific Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
