AT THE MAIN SITE RWTTC AT GLEN COVE(B12S BG14S BG16S) MORNING WARM UP WILL BE LIMITED TO 6:30- 7:30 AS COURTS MUST BE SWEPT AT 7:30 AM!!!!! OTHER SITES GLENWOOD LANDING(G12S) AND POINT SET(BG18S) SITES OPEN AT 7 AM !!!! YOU WILL BE ABLE TO WARM UP TIL 7:55 AM!! THERE WILL BE NO WARM UP COURTS AT SITES AS ALL COURTS WILL BE USED FOR THE TOURNAMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

AGAIN THERE WILL BE NO WARM UP COURTS AT SITES AFTER 8 AM!!!!!!!!!!

AT MAIN SITE( GLEN COVE B12S BG14S BG16S) THERE WILL BE 1 SINGLES AND AT LEAST 1 DOUBLES THURSDAY. THERE WILL BE 1 SINGLES AND AT LEAST 2 DOUBLES ON FRIDAY. AT GLENWOOD LANDING(G12S) AND POINT SET(BG18S) THERE WILL BE 2 SINGLES AND 2 DOUBLES ON THURSDAY AND FRIDAY.

I MUST RECEIVE ALL DOUBLES TEAMS BY TUESDAY AUGUST 26 BY 9 PM!!!!!!!!! ALL SINGLE PLAYERS CAN STILL SIGN UP TO PLAY DOUBLES IF THEY WISH TO. CALL SCOTT AXLER 631 692 5446

SINCE THERE IS NO PLAYERS MEETING, WE ASK ALL PLAYERS TO ARRIVE A HALF HOUR BEFORE THEIR MATCH TIME ON AUGUST 28 TO RECEIVE THEIR PLAYER'S BAG.

Players will be accepted into the main draw in the following manner: i. 6 Players will be selected from the from the top 200 players on the most recent NSL of the next-younger age division ii. 25 Players will be selected from the most recent National Standing List (NSL) of the division of the event iii. 1 Player may be selected by wild card. Unused wild cards will be filled by players from the NSL of the division of the event. Players must be eligible for national ranking to receive a wild card except at the following events: Kentucky Derby, Eddie Herr, Junior Orange Bowl, Prince Cup.

THE LABOR DAY CHAMPIONSHIPS(LDC) IS A NATIONAL LEVEL 3 REGIONAL EVENT. DRAW SIZE IS 32 PLAYERS PER AGE GROUP. ALL PLAYERS ACCEPTED INTO THE SINGLES' DRAW WILL BE ACCEPTED INTO DOUBLES. THE LDC HAS MAIN DRAW, FIC AND DOUBLES EVENTS. THE LDC USES 3 SITES TO RUN THE EVENT. THE BOYS' AND GIRLS' 14'S & 16'S & BOYS' 12'S WILL BE PLAYED AT MAIN TOURNAMENT SITE, ROBBIE WAGNER'S TOURNAMENT TRAINING CENTER AT GLEN COVE THE SURFACE WILL BE HAR-TRU. THE GIRLS' 12'S WILL BE PLAYED AT ROBBIE WAGNER'S TTC AT GLENWOOD LANDING ON HARDCOURT. THE BOYS' AND GIRLS' 18'S WILL BE PLAYED ON HARDCOURT AT POINT SET INDOOR RACQUET CLUB, 3065 NEW ST, OCEANSIDE, NY 11572.
