Lock Players Feature: The Lock
Players feature prevents players that have been moved from one division to another from re-appearing in the original
division.

Batch Entry Report:This report provides a snapshot of players that were batch entered into the tournament.
Block Seeding:This document explains how the
function of Block Seeding is done in TDM. Block seeding refers to the practice of taking the seeded players and advancing them
several rounds into the tournament.
Changing Player on Draw Line:
Be sure to follow all your Section/Dsitrict rules as well as Friend at Court in changing players on a draw line.
Copy players to Additional Events:
TDM allows you to copy players to additional events
Creating a 3rd/4th place playoff:
The 3/4 Playoff document guides you through selecting this option in TDM and then directs you to it on the draw.
Customize Player Explorer:This function
allows you to customize the fields that are shown in the Player Explorer
Default/Withdrawl Indication for a
player with a Bye:The purpose of this enhancement is to allow default/withdrawal codes to be entered when a player has a bye
and needs to default/withdraw before the next match is played.
Dependency Draw:TDM allows you to create a
consolation draw based on any round that currently does not have a consolation
E-Mail Communication with
Players:TDM allows you to create such a 'blast email' by following the steps outlined in the attached document.
Hiding the Competitor's List:
There is a new feature to hide the Competitor's List. This document explains all the details.
How to Use Batch Entry: Batch Entry
is used to enter players online that have sent in Mail or Phone entries. This allows all players to shwo as applicants
and they are easily downloaded into TDM with all online registrants.
Import/Export Master Player
Database:TDM allows you to save your master player database!
Invalid Players:TDM allows you a way to
easily see invalid players
Maintain Withdrawn Players:This
function provides the ability to maintain withdrawn players more efficiently.
Media Report:The Media report in TDM has
a new option to allow for either the last name of first name to show first.
Move players using Drag and Drop:TDM
allows you the ability to move players using drag and drop.
Online Accounting Reports:There
are 4 reports available online for each tournament that detail the players that registered online.
Players displayed on the draw:This
function allows you to locate a player in the Player Explorer and locate them on the draw.
Report Administration:
This function will assist you with reports that are published to the web from TDM and also allow you to publish text
files that you have in electronic format.
Save and Restore Event Matches:TDM
allows you a way to transfer data for specific events.
Save Player Database:TDM allows you to save your master player database! TDM
help files are now available in the TDM program. Just click on ACE for help.
Schedule multiple matches:TDM
allows you to manually schedule multiple matches at one time.
Schedule Planning Reports:These reports
display the information that is shown on the Schedule Planning Screen.
Score Entry:A time-saving feature in TDM is
the Score Entry Screen. This feature allows you to quickly enter scores without having to click between each draw line.
Seeding Players:TDM offers two ways to
seed your players - Manual seed or Auto seed. A new feature is the ability to seed alternates.
Split Event Features:TDM allows you to
split an event into multiple events of the same division.
Synchronize Players Features:This
document details the fields that are updated when Synchronize players is selected
Tournament Director
Selection Process:Can be used by all tournament directors but the tournament must be set up for it in the Online
Sanction form prior to registration opening. Only players selected in the tournament are charged the entry thereby
eliminating the need to issue refunds to players not selected.
Viewing the Tournaments
Seeding Report: The Tournament Seeding Report is available in TDM from the Report's Menu. This report allows you
to see the rank values of players from a specific list that you chose for auto seed. The report also lists the seed value
for a particular player in an event.
Web Options:TDM allows you to determine what
will show on the internet
