The Austin Tennis Academy ATA is located in southwest Austin inside the Spanish Oaks community. Since our physical address does not come up on Mapquest, please use this address to find us: 13443 Highway 71 west, Bee Cave TX 78738. We are .2 miles west from the intersection of Hwy 620 and Hwy 71W. Look for the McCoy's Building Supply sign on your right and get in the left hand lane, make a left into Spanish Oaks, check in at the guard gate. Also see www.austintennisacademy.com. for more info

Player Check-In Friday, October 21th from 3-5 p.m. at the Austin Tennis Academy. Tournament warm-up hit with ATA Academy players on Friday from 3-5 p.m. Opening Ceremonies (mandatory) Friday, October 21th at 5:15 p.m. (approx. 1 hour long). We will have Dennis Ralston as our guest speaker!! Players must wear all white to the opening ceremonies, small logos acceptable, no hats. Bring gift for your first round opponent to your first match. See your Little Mo Player & Parent letter for more information.

Private Lessons and Hitting Sessions Available!!! We have private lessons available with our Academy Coaches on Thursday, Oct. 20th and Friday, Oct. 21st from 8:00 am-1:30 pm. Also available for these same times is one hour hitting sessions with our top level Academy players. Private lesson rates are $65-$70 an hour. One hour hitting sessions with an ATA Academy Player is $25 an hour or for two players $30 an hour. Also available on Saturday and Sunday (7:00 and 7:30 am) 1/2 hour/ 1/2 court hitting warm-up sessions with Academy player for $10. All lessons are given at the ATA only. We will have a very high demand for these spots and space is limited. We have a 24 hour cancellation policy and cash or checks only for private lessons. Important Information Matches will start Saturday morning at 8:00 a.m. The draws will not be available until check-in on Friday. We will have two other tournament sites. Barton Creek Resort, 8212 Barton Club Dr., Austin, TX 78735, which is approx. 15 minutes from the ATA. Also Lost Creek Country Club, 2612 Lost Creek Blvd, Austin, TX 78746 which is approx. 25 minutes from the ATA. Maps will be available at check-in to these sites. Lunch, snacks and drinks will be available at the ATA pro shop.

Hotel Information The tournament hotel is The Renaissance Hotel, 9721 Arboretrum Blvd, Austin, TX - 1-800-228-9898, www.marriott.com. The Renaissance is approx. 30-40 minutes from the ATA. Other hotels in the area: Lakeway Inn Resort, 15 minutes away, 512-261-6600. La Quinta, 4424 S. Mopac Expressway, 1-866-725-1661, lq.com-25 minutes from the ATA. Embassy Suites-Arboretum 512-372-8771 Hampton Inn - Arboretum 512-349-9898 Towneplace Suites-Northwest 512-231-9360 Fairfield Inn and Suites - Northwest 512-527-0734 La Quinta Inn and Suites - Northwest 512-832-2121 All these Hotels are about 30-40 minutes away and had rooms available as of 10/3/05.

Practice Courts Practice courts will be available on Friday at the ATA from 12-3 p.m. at no charge. First come first serve. You will be asked to share a court with other Little Mo players if courts are full. Saturday-Monday practice courts will be available on a first come first serve basis from 7-8 a.m. Once matches start there will be no courts for warm-up. Lake Travis High School located on Hwy 620, 5 minutes from the ATA, also has courts. These are public courts and cannot be reserved.

Airport The Austin Bergstrom Int'l Airport is approx 45-60 min. from the Austin Tennis Academy. The ATA is in southwest Austin. Go west on Hwy 71W for approximately 22 miles, Hwy 71W is called US 290W for a few miles, follow signs to Hwy 71W. When you get to the light at Hwy 620, get into left lane, turn left into Spanish Oaks across from McCoys. The Renaissance Hotel (512/343-2626) is in northwest Austin. From the airport, take Hwy 71W, take 183N for 15 miles, exit 360 South, go one block, take first right.

Player Party A player party for players and parents will be held at the Austin Tennis Academy on Saturday evening, October 22 from 6:00-8:00 pm. The dinner and party is complimentary for players and $10.00 per person for parents, guests and siblings. (pay by cash or check at the door).
