DINNER AT EAST BEACH CONF CTR
SATURDAY 6 PM at EAST BEACH CONFERENCE CENTER. Your dining experience includes: Complimentary Wine and Beer, Chefs garden baby Greens, Green Goddess Dressing, Fresh Sliced Tomato, Local Cucumbers, Sourdough Croutons, and candied Walnuts, and Fresh Baked Rolls. Entrees include Smoked White marble Steamship Round of Pork, Sweet Potato Biscuits and Bourbon Glaze Pan Seared Chicken and Scallpos with White Wine Garlic and DijonMustard Cream, Sweet Onion Rice Pilaf with Fresh Herbs and Honey Grilled Kobe Flank Steak, Smoked bacon Glaze, Grilled Okra Salsa, Gratin of Cracked Baby Potatoes, Fennel and Goats Mill Cheese. Friday Night Reception
We will have a reception Friday afternoon/evening with drinks (cocktails and beer) and light appetizers provided by Red's Icehouse and Jack's Cosmic Dogs will be here selling hotdogs as well for all players. Come out and enjoy a great evening of fun!

This tournament is being held to honor Harper Drolet. Harper was diagnosed with Rhabdomyosarcoma (soft tissue cell Cancer) in October of 2009 and passed away September 30th, 2011. The proceeds from this tournament will go to MUSC Children’s Hospital’s pediatric research center. We hope to see you at Kiawah in September!

SPECIAL VILLA RATES
Special accommodation rates for scenic one, two, or three bedroom villas are available. One bedroom villas are $149/night, two bedroom villas are $179/night, and three bedroom villas are $199/night. Rates are based on availability of villas and are subject to a 12.5% tax and an 8% service fee. EVENTS
We are offering Men's Singles and Doubles: 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5, and Open. Women's Singles and Doubles: 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5 and Open. Senior Men's Doubles (over 50 years old): 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5. Senior Women's Doubles (Over 50 years old): 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5. Adult Mixed Doubles divisions include combined 5.0, 6.0, 7.0, 8.0, and 9.0. Senior Mixed Doubles divisions include combined 6.0, 7.0, and 8.0. Each player is allowed to play in THREE divisions. You may play in a singles event and a doubles event or singles and mixed or doubles and mixed. Players MAY NOT play two mixed doubles events. Singles will be SINGLE ELIMINATION and start FRIDAY MORNING. You could play two singles matches on FRIDAY and doubles or mixed in the afternoon.

MATCH PLAY FORMAT
All main draw matches and consolation will be 2 out of 3 sets with a 10 point match tiebreak for the third set. There will be a First Match Losers Consolation for all DOUBLES AND MIXED divisions. SINGLES WILL BE SINGLE ELIMINATION.

Tournament Dinner
The tournament dinner is INCLUDED with your entry fee. If you are not playing in the tournament and wish to come to the dinner/auction the fee is $75. ENTERTAINMENT
Tournament Dinner/Auction Saturday evening 6:00-9:00pm: Dinner and silent auction $75 charge for non playing spouses and guests. Live entertainment will be provided by members of the Bluedogs (Hank Futch and Bobby Hauch).
