Match Scoring
All matches will use add scoring.
In main draw singles, all third sets will be played out except the round of 64 for the Men's Open. All consolation singles will play a 10 point tie-breaker in place of a third set.
All doubles matches in all draws will play 10 point tie-breakers in place of third sets.

Liberty Matches
Players may check in at Liberty MS if they are playing there players playing at Liberty DO NOT need to check in at EHS first.

Rain Plan
In the event that there is rain, please check this site for updates or call the tournament desk (618)655.6088. If matches are moved indoors, they will be played at St. Clair Indoor on Hartman Lane in O'Fallon, IL. Players will be responsible for additional fees associated with moving play indoors. Players must pay an additional $4 per person, per doubles match moved indoors the additional singles fee is $6 per player, per match.

A's and 3.5
Our 3.5's is technically an A's Division. We do this to allow junior players to participate. Our tournaments are fundraising efforts for EHS boys and girls tennis teams therefore, we have to include as many participants, especially local juniors. This has been the practice of the Edwardsville Open since its' inception, and it has been a good opportunity for kids and adults to share the game happily.

Friday Start Time
Matches will begin Friday at 4:00 p.m. for the Men's Open Singles only. If you are unable to make it at that time, please email the TD (dave@lipetennis.com).

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Monday, June 11, 2012 11:59:00 PM Central Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
