FORMAT
Round Robin format. Regular scoring. Matches will be 2 out of 3 sets with a 10pt match breaker for third set. In the event there are brackets, bracket wiinners play for 1st and 2nd place. Teams guaranteed 3 matches

The draws will be postedon by Thursday, 1:00pm

FIRST ROUND MATCHES
First round matches will start Friday, 6:00pm. Matches may be scheduled earlier on Friday if all players agree on the time. Email tournament director if you are available for Friday play between 12:00-4:30pm.

SCHEDULING REQUESTS

ALTERNATE SITE
Friday matches may be played at Leftwich Tennis Center 4145 Southern Avenue 38117.

FINALS
Finals will be played on Sunday at 10:30am.

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to USTA Members, USTA Members who have an expired membership and Non-USTA Members. Entries must be submitted by Tuesday, January 17, 2012 11:59:00 PM Central Time.
