TOURNAMENT UPDATE THUR 8/9
(1) DRAWS ARE NOW POSTED. MAKE SURE TO LOOK FOR YOUR FIRST MATCH TIME FOR ALL THE DIVISIONS YOU ARE PLAYING IN. THERE ARE MANY MATCHES ON FRIDAY SO MAKE SURE YOU LOOK AT THE CORRECT DAY.
(2) BE SURE TO CHECK BACK AGAIN CLOSER TO YOUR MATCH DAY/TIME TO MAKE SURE THERE HAVE BEEN NO CHANGES IN THE DRAW. MANY TIMES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE BECAUSE OF THE NUMBER OF PLAYERS PARTICIPATING IN MULTIPLE EVENTS.
(3) PLAYER'S PARTY SATURDAY 5-7PM (Drinks, Snacks & Raffle Prizes)
(4) TOURNAMENT SCORING FORMAT: Main Draw Singles & Doubles Matches will play a 2 out of 3 set match with a match tiebreak to 10 pts in lieu of a third set. Consolation Singles & Doubles Matches will play an 8 game pro set.

ENTRY FEES
$16 per singles player
$20 per doubles team ($10 each player). Online fees apply.

SPECIAL NOTE (Regarding Friday August 10th Matches)
**PLEASE NOTE: ONLY Divisions with more than 16 players registered will begin play on Friday evening. (4pm and or 6pm Matches) Typically in the past the divisions that have had to play Friday afternoon/evening matches are Men's Singles for the 4.0, 4.5 & Open Levels.

Draws of 5 or more players/teams will have Main and Consolation Draws. Draws of 4 or less players/teams will play a round robin.

SINGLES SCORING:
2 out of 3 Sets with a MATCH TIEBREAK in Lieu of Third Set

8 Game Pro Set (First to win 8 games, win by 2, tiebreaker at 8-all)

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Tuesday, August 7, 2012 11:59:00 PM Arizona Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
