ROUND ROBINS
Some divsions are a round robin. Make sure you check all match times as the rounds are not nessesary in order of play.

DRAWS & MATCH TIMES
The draws and match times will be posted Wednesday evening.
Once the match times are posted NO CHANGES will be made - so please do not call to change those times!!!

SIGNING UP FOR DOUBLES
When signing up for doubles please make sure that BOTH players sign up individually and BOTH players pay the entry fee.
When you sign up for doubles you will be asked to enter your partners USTA number and name. This is not enough to enter the doubles draw. Your partner is required to do the same. To see if both you and your partner have signed up correctly please check the "applicants" list on the torunament home page. It should show your name on the list with your partners name between brackets AND it must show your partners name with your name between brackets.

WHO CAN PLAY THIS TOURNAMENT?
Everyone who has a USTA number can sign up for this tournament. If more than 16 players/teams sign up for a divison we will select the top 16 ranked players/teams.

PRICE MONEY OPEN DIVISIONS
Men & Women Singles Champion : $250 Finalist : $150 Men & Women Doubles Champion : $150/team Finalists : $80/team

FORMAT
All NTRP and Combo matches are best two out of three sets with a super tie-breaker in lieu of a third set.
All Open matches are best two out of three sets.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Monday, August 13, 2012 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
