Prize Money Tournament

Prize Money based on entries in each division with a minimum of 16 players for payout (25% of entry fee to Prize Money). Tournament will be Singles Only.

Directions to the Frank Veltri Tennis Center

The Frank Veltri Tennis Center is located in Plantation between Pine Island and Nob Hill (If your going West on Broward Boulevard make a Right on Central Park Drive and if your going East on Broward Boulevard make a Left on Central Park Drive). Do not use MapQuest.

Main Draw and Consolation Format

The Main Draw will be 2 out of 3 sets. The Consolation will be an 8 game Pro Set (Win by 2 games at 7-7) with a 7 point tiebreaker (Win by 2 points at 8-8). Please advise the tournament desk if you plan to play Consolation at the end of your 1st Match.

Spectators

During the Tournament, spectators must watch the matches from the bleachers.

They will be No Refund after the tournament deadline. If you need to Withdraw, please go to 'Edit Registration" prior to the deadline.

Sponsorship Opportunity

The Plantation Open Circuit is a series of 5 tournaments held during the summer. Any individual or company interested would be allowed to promote their business during those tournaments and have a yearly banner placed at our award winning facility and one of the busiest in the country. In addition, this year the Frank Veltri Tennis Center will be hosting the 2011 Orange Bowl International Tennis Championships December 5-11. Any individual or company interested in promoting their business by sponsoring our Plantation Open Circuit can do so by contacting Francis Rajotte (754-422-0120).

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.

Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Thursday, June 30, 2011 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
