As of 7am, this is the updated (as far as we know at this point) schedule.... For Boys 12s...If you are scheduled at 8am - be at Queen City at 7.45am, If you are scheduled at 9.30am - be at Queen City at 9.15am, If you are scheduled at 11am - call 513-771-2835 at 9.30am. For Boys 18s...If you are scheduled at 8am - call 513-771-2835 at 9.30am, If you are scheduled at 9.30 - call back at 10.30 and if you are scheduled at 11am - call back at 11am. This is an outdoor event. IF, in the event of rain we must go indoors to complete the tournament on time, there will be a charge of $10 per player per match for singles and $5 per player per match for doubles.

Look above under 'first match labels' for your first round match time. please check in 30 minutes prior to your first scheduled time

PLEASE LOOK CAREFULLY AT YOUR SITE AND TIME. We will be using two different sites the first two days of the event. (PR) Princeton High School..11080 Chester Rd, 45246 (Boys 12 will be at Princeton) and (SY) Sycamore High School..7400 Cornell Rd, 45242 (Boys 18 will be at Sycamore on Sat. and Sun., then back to Princeton on Mon. and Tue.)

First round match times will be available on this tournament home page by Thursday 12noon.

If you are taking the ACT test on Saturday, June 11, you must be available to play by 2.00pm. You MUST notify me by email (dorianna.queencity@inbox.com) no later than 6.00pm on Friday, June 3 that you are taking the test (otherwise we will not be able to accomodate later start times). It is recommended that you request a local (Cincinnati) test site in order to be able to play by 2.00pm

Singles will be draws of 64, FIC through the quarterfinals with playoffs for 3/4 place. Doubles will be draws of 32, single elimination. All singles matches will be 2 tiebreak sets with a 10 point match tiebreak in lieu of a third set. Doubles will be 8 game pro sets. Weather permitting , we will play 2 rounds of main draw singles, 1 round of consolation singles and the first round of doubles on Saturday. Singles main draw quarters and semis will both be played on the third day. The singles consolation final will not be played.

The most recent Midwest and Ohio valley Standing List as of June 5, will be used for seedings and selection of alternates
