Directions to Lake Cane Tennis Center from Turnpike: Take exit 259 to I-4 East. From I-4, take exit 78 (Conroy Rd.) and head West. Go about 2 miles to Turkey Lake Road and make a left. We are the first driveway on the right (Shadow Bay Park).

Refunding of Entry Fee: There are no refunds after the deadline for any level tournament.
Players wishing to withdraw before the deadline must go back to the registration site.

Players in the 18s, 16s, 14s, & 12s will need to play in one of the following; September 2011 Designated, or October 2011 Designated, or November 2011 Sectional to be Endorsed by USTA Florida to the USTA National Winter Championships - December 27, 2011. Player must play in the age division they will enter in the National Championship
