DOUBLES SIGN-UP VIA EMAIL
NEW DOUBLES SIGN-UP PROCEDURE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Any player interested in playing doubles, must EMAIL their entry to Molly Schwartz @ molly34787@yahoo.com. All entries must be received by THURSDAY, Aug 25th by 12:00PM NOON. Please note that we will be unable to process any doubles entries after the deadline as we need to proceed with draws and scheduling. If you do not have a partner, please email Molly and specify that you need a partner and Please specify a division as well. We will do everything we can to pair you with someone. If you are looking for a partner, the sooner you sign-up, the more likely we will find you a partner.
Each entry must include the players name and USTA #, the partner's name and USTA #, a specified division, and a contact number. All doubles applicants will receive an email confirmation once their names have been inputted in the computer.

MONDAY'S SCHEDULE
Draws of 32 will have matches scheduled on MONDAY. They have been scheduled for 10:00am Monday, however, this could most likely change to accomodate the needs of the players.

Error in B 18's DOUBLES Schedule
An error was made in the B 18's DOubles schedule, putting the second round of doubles at 6:30am. This has been corrected to reflect 6:30pm. Scheduling is very dynamic and will be adjusted and changed throughout the day ensure all players have accurate rest periods.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Monday, August 22, 2011 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
