New Braunfels ZAT at NEWKs

THE WEATHER IS LOOKING GOOD. WE HAVE MOVED TO 2 ALL SCORING FOR BOTH MAIN AND CONSOLATIONS. AT JNTR SITE PLEASE REPORT AT THE TIME LISTED ON THE DRAWS IF YOU ARE SCHEDULED AT 11:30 AM OR LATER.

TLU IS DRY AND PLAYABLE. PLEASE HEAD TO YOUR SITE AND WE WILL BE PUTTING ON THE 8 AM MATCHES AT 9:30 AM.

TLU, SMHS, STARCKE, NBHS, AND CHS ARE DELAYED TO 11 AM.

Max Starcke Park, SMHS,NBHS, TLU and CHS all delayed one and 1/2 hours.

JNTR - all matches from yesterday that were on court - started or not report at 8 am. All other matches are delayed an hour.

We will continue to update the website as we know more.

Our plan is to try and finish the tournament despite the weather.

We are re-working the draws and with the exception of Max Starcke Park and TLU - ALL Sunday matches will be played at the SAME site you played at on Saturday.

IF your Saturday site was TLU - you have been rescheduled to Max Starcke Park on Sunday.

IF your Saturday site was Max Starcke Park - you have been rescheduled to TLU on Sunday.

The directions below are based on coming in from San Antonio on I35 N.

THE JOHN NEWCOMBE TENNIS RANCH (JNTR) :
325 Mission Valley Rd, New Braunfels, TX 78132. Exit Rueckle rd / Loop 337 (exit 184). Take a left over I35 onto loop 337. Go @ 3 miles and exit HWY 46 / Boerne. Take a left at the light onto HWY 46 W. Go 3 miles and turn left on Mission Valley Rd. Newks main entrance is 3/4 miles on the left. FYI - there is a bit of road construction at Hwy 46 & Mission Valley Rd.

NEW BRAUNFELS HIGH SCHOOL (NBHS):
2551 Loop 337, New Braunfels TX 78130. Exit Rueckle Rd / Loop 337 (exit 184). Take a left over I35 onto loop 337. Go @ 4 miles and the school is on the right hand side.

CANYON HIGH SCHOOL (CHS):
1510 I35 East, New Braunfels, TX 78130. From I-35 north exit 189. Stay on frontage rd and go through through the 1st light and it is on the right. It is 1/2 mile past the Olive Garden. **Allow time Canyon HS is a bit confusing**

TEXAS LUTHERN UNIVERSITY (TLU):
1000 W. Court St, Seguin TX 78155. From I35 north exit 189. Take a right on HWY 46 heading east for about 9 miles. Go under I-10 and TLU is down on your left hand side. Take a left into the University and a left again. The courts are down the road on the left.

MAX STARCKE PARK TENNIS COURTS (STARK):
600 River dr West, Seguin TX 78155. Exit 189 from I35 North. Take a right on hwy 46 heading east for about 9 miles. Go under I-10 and pass TLU and you will come to a light. Take a left on court st - go a few blocks to Guadalupe st and take a right. Follow Guadalupe to 2nd stop sign and take a slight right on to Austin st. About 1/2 mile down is Starcke Park on the right. The courts are in the park

THE JOHN NEWCOMBE COUNTRY CLUB (JNCC):
625 Mission Valley Rd, New Braunfels, TX 78132. Exit Rueckle rd / Loop 337 (exit 184). Take a left over I35 onto loop 337. Go @ 3 miles and exit HWY 46 / Boerne. Take a left at the light onto HWY 46 W. Go 3 miles and turn left on Mission Valley Rd. Follow the signs to the Club (which is on the left just past the Ranch). FYI - there is a bit of road construction at Hwy 46 & Mission Valley Rd.

SAN MARCOS HIGH SCHOOL (SMHS):
2601 McCarty Ln, San Marcos, TX 78666. I35 north into San Marcos. Exit 201 / McCarty Ln onto frontage rd. Turn right at County rd 233/E MCCarty Ln. If construction is still on going follow the detour signs. Turn right on Clovis r Baker rd. Take another right on Texas HWY 123 / Guadalupe. Then another right on McCarty lane.
