West Winds Junior Indoor Satellite #6 L4 *CANCELLED*

The recent snow storm has damaged the bubble, therefore this tournament is cancelled. Sorry for any inconvenience. All players will be given a credit towards another West Winds tournament. Any questions please call the shop at 301-865-2701.

To use your tournament credit for another West Winds tournament you must send an email to tournaments@westwindstennis.com. Please include in the email the players USTA number and the tournament you want to enter. Thank you!

Due to the predicted inclement weather this tournament will be rescheduled to play February 19-22, 2010. Any player unable to compete on the rescheduled dates, must call West Winds at 301-865-2701 ext 2# by 11:59 PM on Sunday February 14, 2010 to withdraw.

DRAW POSTINGS: Draws will be posted the Wednesday before the tournament after 2:00 pm.

TWO EVENTS! Players may register for two age groups.

GUARANTEED TWO MATCHES! This tournament is using a First Match Consolation format. Anyone losing their first match is fed into a consolation draw. Therefore, in the absence of defaults or withdrawals all players should play a minimum two matches.

It is the player's responsibility to get their first match time by checking the USTA tournament website or calling 301-865-2701. Check this site up until your match time for any changes.

It is NOT recommended that MapQuest or the like be used for directions to the club.

Please note that Friday's & Monday's are only used in the case of unusually heavy number of entries. If you cannot play on either of these days, send an e-mail explaining any time constraints. If we cannot accommodate the request, your application will be removed from consideration.
