MATCH LOCATIONS

Tournament matches will be played at three sites: IR = Ivory Ridge - Highway 92 & Center Street in Lehi LP = Liberty Park - park entrance at 900 South 650 East, Salt Lake SM = Sports Mall - 5445 South 900 East, Salt Lake.

RESCHEDULING POLICY

There will be NO RESCHEDULING of any sanctioned matches except in extreme circumstances beyond the control of the player and then only with prior approval of the Tournament Director. Players rescheduling without permission from the Tournament Director will be DEFAULTED! All costs of rescheduling are the responsibility of the initiator. FINALS MAY NOT BE RESCHEDULED!!!

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.

Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Sunday, August 1, 2010 11:59:00 PM Mountain Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
