RESCHEDULING POLICY
There will be NO RESCHEDULING of any sanctioned tournament matches except in extreme circumstances beyond the control of the players and then only with prior approval of the Tournament Director. Players rescheduling without permission will be DEFAULTED. All costs of rescheduling are the responsibility of the initiator. FINALS MAY NOT BE RESCHEDULED!

MATCH LOCATIONS
Match codes on the draws are as follows: SM=Sports Mall, LP=Liberty Park, CCC=Cottonwood Country Club. All matches on Saturday, June 26th, will be played at Cottonwood Country Club.

SINGLES MATCHES ARE FIRST MATCH LOSERS CONSOLATION
The player only advances to the consolation round if he or she loses the first match that they play. If they win their first match and lose their 2nd match, they do not go into the consolation round. If they have a bye for their 1st round, but lose the 1st match that they actually play, they do advance to the consolation round. DOUBLES MATCHES ARE SINGLE ELIMINATION. PLEASE CHECK THE DRAWS CAREFULLY AND OFTEN!!!

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Friday, June 11, 2010 11:59:00 PM Mountain Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
