RESCHEDULING POLICY

There will be NO RESCHEDULING of any sanctioned tournament matches except in extreme circumstances BEYOND THE CONTROL OF THE PLAYERS AND THEN ONLY WITH PRIOR APPROVAL OF THE TOURNAMENT DIRECTOR. Players rescheduling without permission will be DEFAULTED. All costs of rescheduling are the responsibility of the initiator. NO RESCHEDULING OF FINALS ALLOWED.

MATCH LOCATIONS

Match codes are as follows: SM= Sports Mall LP=Liberty Park CCC=Cottonwood Country Club. All matches on Saturday, June 26th, will be played at Cottonwood Country Club.

Player Selection Type

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.

Entry Type

Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Saturday, June 12, 2010 11:59:00 PM Mountain Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
