Berry Creek Tournament Participant, Thanks so much for playing in our tournament. We appreciate your patience with rain delay and other issue that came with the rain at GTC. I want to sincerely apolgize for the t-shirt issue. I will garuntee that this issue does not happen in the future. We hope to see you all again next year.

Weather & Court Update 630am Saturday Morning
Ladies and Gentlemen, Our prayers have been answered and the rain has pushed east. Due to the dampness of the courts everything on the schedule will be pushed back by 1 hour. Please show up to your sites early. Please check website and draws for changes. There have been several withdrawals.

UPDATE @ 5:35pm Friday Evening
All draw times have been up dated for tomorrows matches. The next update will be at 6am Saturday morning if times need to be revised they will be done at that time.

Weather Update
As of 325pm Friday afternoon Georgetown is covered with rain.
Please check the website for all updated times.
The matches scheduled for Berry Creek or Georgetown High School Friday night will now start on Saturday morning.
Check the website after 6pm today for exact times. There are no changes to the times at Georgetown Tennis Center as of yet.
If there is another change in the times the website will be updated by 6am tomorrow morning!

Tournament Committee does have a rain plan which will be posted at the appropriate time. Should we have a rain delay/postponement on Fri. evening, we will update this website ASAP. Please check this website before you leave for the tournament.

Players, there was an error at the printers. They printed on short sleeve shirts, sorry for the disappointment.

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Tuesday, January 5, 2010 11:59:00 PM Central Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
