March Madness Information
Hello and thank you for playing in a Lewis Tennis Tournament. We enjoy having you in Fort Collins and want to wish all players the best of luck. Following is information you will need for your tournament.
With your draws next to your match time will be initials, this indicates the park your matches will be played at. Please look very close at this. RM is Rolland Moore.

The water is NOT yet turned on at our park. Please know that there is a Port-A-Potty available. You will need to bring plenty of fluids for your matches. There are convenient stores close by if you need them.
We don’t like to be behind in any tournament any more than you do. In order to keep on time we have 5 minute warm-ups limit with you opponent. If you need more time than this there is a wall available for you to use prior to your scheduled match time.
We will also put matches on early if both opponents are on site and a court is available. This is also to keep on time and heading out early for a little treat is always fun for the players!

Format for each age division
All divisions are Round Robin Format.
G14: Format will be ONE set NO AD scoring.
B12: Format will be ONE set NO AD scoring.
B14: Format will be ONE set NO AD scoring.
B16: Format will be ONE set NO AD scoring. Your age division is split into multiple brackets. If you are the winner of your bracket you will play the winner of the other bracket(s) to determine the winner of your age division. These matches will follow the conclusion of each individual bracket.
Winner of B16A will play the winner of B16B at 2:30. Winner B16A will play the winner of B16C at 3:00. Winner B16B will play the winner of B16C at3:30. This will also be ONE set NO AD scoring.
B18: Format will be ONE set REGULAR scoring.
If there is a tie in any age division the tie break will be determined by heads up. If there are more than two who tie in the age division, winning percentage will be used to determine the winner.

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Monday, March 8, 2010 11:59:00 PM Mountain Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
