Men's Open Singles Draws are posted. Men's and Women's Doubles will begin not before 2:00 on Saturday afternoon. Please call 843-422-4450 if you have any questions.

If your name does not appear on the competitor's list and you've mailed your entry please call Justyn @ 843-422-4450 ASAP.

All events may be limited to 32 players. Players are limited to 2 event: 1 singles and 1 doubles, or 2 doubles. Players are responsible for knowing their playing times. First Match times will be posted at the tournament site on Tuesday, October 26th at 2:00 P.M. Players may call 843-422-4450 between 3:00-7:00 p.m. on Tuesday for their starting times. Only Divisions with a full 32 draw will play on the 28th and all players with matches on Wednesday will be contacted as soon as possible by the tournament committee. The tournament committee reserves the right to eliminate any events with insufficient entries.

Entry Fee is a $65 flat fee and includes two events. Players are limited to 2 events:one singles and one doubles or two doubles. Fee includes tennis, t-shirt, welcome packet, and two happy hour parties. Entries can be made online or mailed to Justyn Schelver at PO Box 5902, Hilton Head Island, SC 29938. Checks should be made payable to VDM tennis.

Bagels, Pastries, Coffee, and Fruit will be provided by the Atlanta Bread Company. Cocktails and Hors d'oeuvres will be served Friday and Saturday from 4:00-6:00. All tournament players and guests are welcomed to attend!

Prizes will be awarded to winners and finalists in each division. Prizes will only be awarded to the winners in round robin draws. Cash prizes of $400 will be awarded to the winner in men's and women's OPEN singles and doubles. Cash awards are dependant on a draw of 16 or more entries for singles and 8 or more teams for doubles. Prize money will be added for draws of 32 or more.

The har-tru courts of The Van Der Meer Shipyard Tennis Resort will serve as the tournament site. The facility boasts 13 har-tru, 4 hard, and 3 indoor courts and has consistently been featured as one of Tennis Magazine's Top-50 greatest U.S. tennis resorts.

The Vacation Company offers home and villa accomodations for participants in The Vacation Company Adult Championships.
