IMPORTANT
Tournament directors do not have access to phone numbers and email addresses of the tournament participants UNLESS the player re-enters their contact information at time of event registration. This means that if a player does not enter their phone and email information each time they register for a tournament, the tournament director will not be able contact them for any reason, including withdrawals, defaults, byes, rain delays, etc. Your cooperation will ensure that tournaments can continue to communicate necessary information to you. Doubles Sign Up
You may email me your name and your doubles partner's name. Doubles emails should only conclude CONFIRMED (both players agree to play together) doubles matchups.
If you enter online and do not put in your doubles partner's USTA# it WILL NOT match you up. Please email me your doubles information by February 14th. Please help in making the doubles matchups a smooth process. Email the info to mitchell@southwest.usta.com and nettrj@aol.com.

From I-10, traveling toward Las Cruces, take Mesa (west exit-not in the downtown area), turn left onto Mesa, go approx. 5 miles, past Country Club Road, go 2 miles, bear right and go approximately 300 feet. Turn right on Westside Drive,the club is on the right.
CHS=Coronado High School-100 Champions Place From I-10, traveling toward Las Cruces take the Mesa exit (not the downtown area exit), turn right, travel approx. 3.5 miles, turn left on Resler Dr. (Albertsons is on the corner), at the first light turn right on Champions Place, go straight about 3/4 mile. The courts are on the right.

Located in northeast El Paso, the best way from the west side is to travel toward Las Cruces on I-10. Take the Transmountain exit and go toward the mountain. Up and over the other side, go under hwy 54, past Wal-Mart. Go about 3/4 mile past Bank of America (corner of Kenworthy). Go straight about 100 yards. Turn right into the site. The facility is on the corner of Kenworthy and Transmountain.

Open Draw Date & Time
Open draw will be held at the USTA Southwest Section office on Thursday February 18th at 12 noon.

Format & Awards
BG12-18s – Best of three tiebreak sets BG10 & under – match tiebreak for the third set All Doubles - Eight game Pro Set, tiebreak at 8-all.

This tournament is open only to permanent residents of the USTA
Southwest Section. Permanent residency is defined by the parent or
legal guardian living within the section for 184 days per year.
Additionally, the player must be a U.S. Citizen and hold a USTA
membership card with a USTA Southwest Section designation. This is
a USTA Southwest Section Designated tournament and is also worth
Level 4 National Ranking Points. This is a flighted tournament and
only the top flight (Gold) counts for national ranking points. Open
only to Southwest Section residents. Tournament Draw is done by the
Southwest Office. questions and concerns should be directed to Eric

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to specified residents only. Entries must be submitted by Sunday, February 14, 2010 11:59:00 PM Mountain Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
