Volunteer Consolation
After the completion of your first match, both players need to check back to the site director. The winning player will report scores and the opponent will need to inform the site director of their intent to participate/or not participate in consolation.

Social events
Friday night, there will be a complimentary dinner for all players. Guest will need to pay $ 10.00 dollars.
There will be beer, chips and dips Saturday late afternoon. flyers will be posted aroun the club with details.

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Wednesday, February 17, 2010 11:59:00 PM Central Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
