DOUBLES DRAWS
Doubles deadline is 1:00 p.m. 12/27/10. Doubles play may begin as early as 5:30 p.m. Monday 12/27/10. Enter online before the singles deadline, by email or in-person at the tournament sites before 1 pm Monday 12/27/2010.***********PAYMENT OF $19.00 per PLAYER IF NOT DONE ON LINE MUST BE PAID AT SINGLES CHECK-IN by cash, or check. *********************************
Only IRC Dean and IRC East Clubs can take Credit Card Payments on site. Players who play at other sites must pay by check or cash only!

PRACTICE COURTS
Tournament players are welcome to rent courts for practice at both of our facilites. A credit card is required at the time of making the reservation. We accept Discover, Mastercard, and Visa. Let our front desk staff know that you are a tournament participant and we will waive the guest fees. Sorry, no refunds are given for unused courts. Call the front desk at East Club (317) 545-2228 or Dean Road Club (317) 849-2531 to make your reservation.

Selections and seeds will be finalized using the points per round lists from the MW standing lists. ***********Check the" Future Match Info Report" on this page after 10am on 12/23/2010 for playiing site, time and day. *****************All matches begin on Monday 12/27 as early as 8am at five different indoor clubs in the indianapolis area. *************Doubles begin Monday 12/27 not sooner than 5:30 pm.*************** Doubles times should be available for those divisions playing doubles on Monday 12/27 sometime after 4:00pm on Thursday 12/27.

FORMAT/SCORING
All matches are regular scoring, best of three sets with a match tiebreak instead of a third set. Dunlop Grand Prix balls. First match consolation tournament and playoff for third and fourth place. DOUBLES -single elimination.

FIRST MATCH TIMES/CHECK-IN
Singles matches MAY start as early as 8:00am on Monday, 12/27/10. Doubles MAY play as early as 5:30 pm 12/27/10. Matches will be played indoors at IRC Dean Road (Dean) and IRC East (East) aqnd other Clubs in the Indianapolis area. Draws and first match times will be posted on the internet by 11 pm Wednesday, 12/22/10. Times are official unless contacted directly with a revised time (please make sure that you have provided your phone number and email address at tennislink registration) and might change from the first posting.

DRESS CODE
Proper tennis attire must be worn. Bare midriffs, spaghetti straps, short shorts and offensive t-shirts are not considered appropriate. Thank you for your cooperation.

Please enter via TennisLink and print out your confirmation number. PLEASE DO NOT WAIT UNTIL THE DEADLINE TO ENTER. *** You may also enter singles by mailing a check for $49.95 (made payable to IRC) to the Indianapolis Racquet Club.*** Doubles ONLY entries send check for $19/player. Boys 16 singles at University of Indianapolis (schedule code "UofI " 2727 E. National Ave Indianapolis, IN 46227 phone 317-788-7700. Located 21 miles South of IRC Dean Rd on the far Southeast side of Indianapolis. 0 .4 miles off exit #53A (to I-65 N) from I-465 take I-65 N to the Keystone Ave exit #106 then south to National Ave. You will be traveling around the city's east leg of I-465 from the Dean Rd Club to the south side of Indy inside the circular interstate I-465 ( a circle around the city of Indianapolis) 25-30 minutes from IRC Dean Rd Club.

LATE ENTRIES
Late singles entries MAY BE accepted with a $10 late fee, if space is available in the draw. All players entered before the deadline will have priority over any late entry. After the seeding has been determined by the seeding committee, a "seedable" player cannot be accepted as a late entry.

Please visit Joe's Crab Shack Restaurant (located directly across the street from our Dean Road Club) while you're in town! Several other restaurants are located nearby both club locations. For shopping, visit Keystone at the Crossing Fashion Mall and Castleton Square Mall. Both of these major malls are located within minutes of the Indianapolis Racquet Club.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Sunday, December 19, 2010 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
